At Official xAI Shop, we strive for excellence in every order; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
